My 3D printed topographic models make great gifts, wall hangings and display pieces. They are also an excellent way of helping students understand contour lines.

Why not order a print of a favourite mountain, childhood holiday location, or favourite section of coastline? History buffs will love my hillfort and castle prints. 

You can either order one the existing models above, or specify an area of your choice (name, postcode, coordinates, grid reference, or Google Maps link). When specifying a location, please choose the point at which you’d like your model to be centered. 
All models are printed using environmentally friendly PLA filament which is derived from plant starch. 
Each print takes between six and thirty hours so large orders may take several days to produce.

Most models are roughly square in shape. The exact shape depends on the availability of topographical data for that region. ​I usually print in white PLA material as this enables the prints to be backlit (i.e by a lamp or window), which accentuates the features of the model. Other colours are available on request. ​
Prices
Prices are calculated at £1 per 1 hour of print time. As a guide see below:  

  • Small (longest side 100mm max) - £5 - £20
  • Medium (longest side 140mm max) - £20 - £30 ​
  • Large (longest side 180mm max) - £30 - £40​ 


- Models are available in all sizes. 
- 10% discount for two or more models. 

Postage and packaging is £4 within the UK or £7 to Europe (price is per order).

Stock Model 
  1. Fill in the ‘Stock model’ form below. 
  2. Andrew will email you an invoice with bank transfer payment info.
  3. When your payment has cleared Andrew will print your model(s) and email you when they have been posted. 
Bespoke Model 
  1. Fill in the ‘Bespoke model’ form below. 
  2. Andrew will email you with a sample image(s). 
  3. Email Andrew to confirm your order. 
  4. Andrew will email you an invoice with bank transfer payment info. 
  5. When your payment has cleared Andrew will print your model(s) and email you when they have been posted.
